Zakres obowiązków:

• Sales responsibility for Poland
• Close Cooperation with the Top Management in Germany
• Key Account Management
• Understanding customer requirements and proposing Solutions
• Contract and Offer Management
• Business development and Cold Acquisition
• Technical Support
• Supporting existing customers
• Organize and participate in Exhibition

Fachliche Anforderungen

Kwalifikacje i umiejętności:

• Experience in the Building Automation Sector or related Industry
• Academic Degree (Bachelor/Master) or equivalent
• Fluency in Polish and English or German
• Good MS Office and Presentation Skills
• Outstanding communication skills and open mindset
• Strong convincing acumen and manners in negotiations
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Willingness to travel >50%
