  • Lead local improvement projects and coordinate these projects with the Regional Lean Program Improvement project teams
  • Identify integration issues with other projects and coordinate the improvements with the appropriate project owners to accomplish the project goals
  • Perform diagnosis to assess the current situation, Identify performance gaps and potentials and Define the ‘Lean Vision System’, it’s architecture and ingredients / timing / resources sizing of the implementation plan
  • Coaching local managers and plant-teams to the system
  • Lead Kaizen-events to delivers target improvement
  • Manage the development and maintenance of methods and systems for measuring the degree to which the project goals, objectives and metrics are being met
  • Oversee and manage Research & Development Quality (RDQ) projects and strategic initiatives
  • Participate in key meetings with external stakeholders and represent RDQ’s position. Maintain the project hopper for all CTQ, CTC & SHE projects identified
  • Implement, maintain and drive MIS/MES (incl. KPI and metric scorecards)

Fachliche Anforderungen

  • Bachelor’s/Master Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering or comparable
  • 3 years and more of solid experience with Lean principles and tools (5s, SMED, PDCA, etc.)
  • Condition: German-speaking skills
  • Leadership experience in industrial manufacturing environment with engineering or production background
  • Experience with leading improvement projects
  • Able to understand company processes
  • Ideally Black Belt or Green Belt Lean / Six Sigma certified
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to convince
  • Strong software skills and ability to understand, analyze and present data
