• Analyse monthly sales and GP performance and initiate corrective measures
• Improve profitability by cost down / value up initiatives
• Monitor market development and identify customer insights for translation into product specifications
• Monitor and benchmark key competitor portfolios to improve value proposition
• Develop benefit argumentation to support central and local marketing and sales
• Develop competitive market pricing in coop. with Pricing Director
• Train sales staff and customers
• Develop and manage go-to-market plans with Uponor local units to launch new products on time and in full
• Continuously manage end-of-life to keep portfolios lean

Fachliche Anforderungen

• Minimum of 3 years of experience within HVAC industry
• Experience and skills in business analysis and customer relations
• Experience in portfolio management
• Strong personal commitment, self-initiative person
• Creative and innovative thinking but also a strong focus on major objectives
• Well organised and able to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to work well in multi-cultural teams and with other management professionals
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English language
• Willingness to travel
